Research led by this Centre located at the Australian National University focuses on Prevention, Early Intervention and Risk Reduction. Current research includes understanding risks for dementia, the development of diagnostic tools/algorithms for early dementia, the development of risk reduction interventions and modelling impacts of risk reduction on cognitive decline and dementia.

Research led by this Centre located at the Queensland University of Technology focuses on Consumers, Carers and Social Research. Current research includes quality of life, palliative care, pain, clinical practice improvement, delirium and acute care, models of care, exercise, the use of dietary supplements in residential care and sleep studies.
